Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: April 2026
By downloading or using Roster Rush, you agree to these Terms of Use, which incorporate Apple’s Standard EULA and Google Play’s standard licensed-application terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Roster Rush Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Roster Rush app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or daily-puzzle data.
- Don’t use Roster Rush to harass other players or share spoilers in violation of platform rules.
- Don’t use automated systems (bots, scrapers) against the app or its data feeds.
In-app purchases
The “Remove Ads” auto-renewing subscription ($3.99 USD per year or local equivalent) is sold through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews for the same price each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by those platforms under their published policies.
League and player content
Player names, team identifiers, and league names are used descriptively for the purpose of identifying real-world athletes. Roster Rush is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, MLS, or NWSL.
Disclaimer and liability
Roster Rush is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roster Rush Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
